Dorms & Showers

  • Designed with community impact in mind, the Waller Center’s dormitories provide low-cost, safe, and accessible accommodations for up to 50 guests. Groups stay on a private floor with independent key access for convenience. Our dorms include the Belvedere Dorm (12 beds) and Clayton Dorm (8 beds), with adjoining bedrooms: the Cole Bedroom (1 full and 1 twin bed) and the Clayton Bedroom (1 queen and 1 twin bed). Perfect for non-profits, our space supports your mission with comfort and privacy.

    Each group receives a set of keys for flexible, independent access throughout their stay, making it easy to come and go as you work toward your mission.

    • Bunk beds are available for the first 20 overnight guests.

    • Additional guests may sleep on our 25 Cabela’s cots.

    • 2 Twin beds are available

    • full Queen bed is available.

    • Visitors may opt to rent towels and bedding at an additional fee, otherwise visitors must bring their own towels, pillows, and bedding to place on top of the mattresses and cots (many groups bring sleeping bags).

    • Groups have access to 4 shower stalls located in the dormitory level restrooms.

When more than one group is present, the site coordinator reserves the right to determine which user groups have access to which bedrooms.

Dormitory groups may also have access to other meeting rooms when community events are not in session, providing extra space for your activities.
